You have created a pic challenge, you see someone has used a hashtag on Twitter or Instagram, but why don't you see it on your dashboard yet?!  We love your enthusiasm! 

In order to process all of the pictures and stats associated with them, we do not pull in pictures in "real time".  We crawl each users network posts and pull pictures/data in every 4 hours.  

But I'm running a short promotion!  I need to see the pictures now!  

No problem, we have made it so that you can "Update" your pic challenge entries so that you can see them all.  

Just keep in mind, that means we pull in the pictures and you can "Review" them but the overall stats on the "Challenge Stats" section still won't update for a few more hours.
