  • Test my users’ knowledge (quiz)
  • Give my users a “what kind are you” (category) quiz

Configuring Answers for Gathering Surveys

The way the questions are set up can change the functionality of how the answers display. For Multiple Choice - Radio, Multiple Choice - Drop Down  and Select Many question options, when you click the gear wheel next to the Answer you will be presented with an Edit Answer pop up with 2 selections as to what happens after the user answers this question:

  • Next Question
  • End of survey/quiz

For the remainder of the question options you will not be presented with a gear wheel to make changes to the answer functionality. On the Finish Up Tab you will be able to configure a Thank You Page that will display to your users when they complete the survey.

Test my users’ knowledge (Quiz)

Challenge your Fans to answer questions about your brand. You will be presented with a section named Knowledge Test Grades where you are able to establish a passing or failing grade. You can add more grades by clicking the +Add a Grade button.

In order to configure the answers to set the correct answer for the grading you will need to click the gear wheel next to the answer. You will be presented with an Edit Answer pop up where you can select if this answer will be correct using the toggle button.

On the Finish Up Tab you will be able to configure a Thank You page for a Failing Grade, Passing Grade or use the same Thank You page for both grades. If you click into the body of the page you will be presented with a text editor where you can change the font, add a link or a photo.

Give my users a “What Kind are You” (category) Quiz

The What kind are you quiz is an entertaining way to engage with your users.  You will be able to set outcomes based on the answers the user provides and award points for those outcomes.

In order to configure the answers to assign the weight to the outcome you will need to click the gear wheel next to each answer. You will be presented with an Edit Answer pop up where you can add an assignment.

Every question has multiple answers, and every answer correlates to one or more of the quiz outcomes. As someone goes through a quiz they are gathering correlations to outcomes that are like “+1′s” for each of the outcomes. Once the person has gone through all the questions, whichever outcomes has the most “+1′s” is the one that is shown as that person’s result.

On the Finish Up Tab you will be able to configure a Thank You page for each one of the Outcomes. If you click into the body of the page you will be presented with a text editor where you can change the font, add a link or a photo.

Ask My Users to Take a Poll

The Ask My Users to Take a Poll configuration has a different configuration.
In order to set this up for the users to rank their answer you will need to click the gear wheel next to the question. You will be presented with an Edit Question Pop up where you will set the Type to Ranking.

When the user takes the poll they will be presented with the option to rank each answer by moving the answers with the 3 dots as well as deleting an answer if they do not want it included in the results.

For each type of survey you will be able to view responses if a user takes the survey by clicking on the Action button for the survey and then View Responses.

You will be taken to the User Submission Results where you can see what users took the survey, by clicking View you can see the details of the responses for each user.
