The prospect system is setup to notify people about their chance to join the program. The users receive an initial notice, as well as a follow up notice if they haven't signed up within a certain time period. 


To get started, you just need to setup a prospect message in the email designer. 

Once that is complete, you can start adding people into the prospecting system. There are currently 4 ways to do that:

  • Upload - Good for porting an existing list of users from another system
  • Prospect page  - Good for events - Users can just type in an email and don't need to go through the full signup process at the event, and it will follow up later to confirm their registration
  • Manual Entry - Good for importing new employees in an employee program. 
  • Text to join - Good for displaying a quick signup notice on a sign or screen. Only available with the text message integration.
